We try not to send mixed signals, but we’re only human. Here are some quick answers to most of your pressing questions:
Do you ship Internationally?
Not anymore. Sorry. It just got to be a bit of a hassle with and a huge cost with shipping flat artwork. If you REALLY want something, contact me and we can work something out.
When will you ship my order?
Orders are usually processed and shipped on Wednesdays and Fridays via USPS or UPS. If you need it sooner let me know and I'll work out faster shipping for an additional charge.
Can my poster be rolled and not folded?
The classic posters were made to be folded after they were printed. Flat and folded is how all vintage posters were stored. Like any small business, I have been toying with shipping costs and figuring out the best way to ship products that won't cost nearly as much as the rad product you purchase. Either way, you can rest assured your item will be delivered with special care.
Some customers have ordered the 3'x4' size, and those do come rolled. So go big or go home!
Can I return my merchandise?
Posters, yes. Clothing, no. Unless there is a defect with the item, send a picture and I will gladly refund your purchase. A 15% restocking fee will be applied if pins are out of their packaging.
What if my poster arrives damaged?
Sh*t happens. I get it. And sometimes it’s out of my control. I take all the precautions to make sure your merch arrives safe and sound. If the unforeseen happens, I will be more than happy to replace it or refund your payment minus shipping costs.
Do you do custom orders?
Oh yes I do. As you can see, I have added a bunch of new merchandise in the totes and clothing section. That means it will take roughly 5-8 days for your product to go into production and allow an additional 4-5 days for shipping.
If you’d like something custom that's not at the store, please feel free to email me with your request and I can accommodate your request. Think birthdays, wedding showers, etc. I can totally hook you up with a swell design and handle all of the production. All you have to do is approve the design. Let's talk, man!
Can I track my stuff?
You betcha. I provide you with all the necessary tracking info so you can follow your stuff from door to door.
What’s with the buffalo?
I just like them and have one tattooed on my arm. Don’t make it weird.
Where exactly are you located?
Chicago, IL – The city that works. No ketchup. White Sox.
The poster that I want is sold out! Will there be more?
Supply and demand, baby! If you want more, I will print more.
Do you sell wholesale?
Call me, maybe?
